CloudQuell Pricing 2026: Free Under $10K, Then $99 and $199 a Month by Spend Band
CloudQuell sells flat monthly tiers by the band of cloud spend it tracks, with a free plan for small accounts. Every paid tier below $200K of monthly spend has a published price, and the vendor states outright that the fee never becomes a percentage of the bill.
Every figure on this page was read from CloudQuell's own pricing page, documentation, online store or its own AWS Marketplace listing on 1 October 2026, and each one links to where it came from. CloudQuell has not reviewed this page. Nothing here is estimated: where the vendor publishes no number, the page says so. How we source prices.

Reading the Numbers
At the top of the Growth band, $199 against $200K of monthly spend is 0.1% of the bill; at the top of Starter, $99 against $50K is 0.2%. Those are our ratios on CloudQuell's published figures. Weigh them against coverage: savings recommendations are AWS-only for now, and there is no Kubernetes cost allocation in the plan list.
For the other flat-fee option with a published card, see Vantage pricing.
How CloudQuell Compares With the Other Graded Tools
Every tool graded on our FinOps tools comparison that has a published price or a published free position, with the vendor's own pricing basis. Figures are not normalised to one spend level because the vendors meter different things (spend, cores, resources, runs).

CloudQuell Pricing FAQ
How much does CloudQuell cost?
CloudQuell's pricing page (read 1 October 2026) lists Free for under $10K of monthly cloud spend, Starter at $99 a month up to $50K, Growth at $199 a month up to $200K, and a custom-priced Scale plan above $200K. Annual billing is $990 (Starter) or $1,990 (Growth), a 17% saving.
Does CloudQuell charge a percentage of cloud spend or savings?
No. CloudQuell says its subscription is a flat monthly fee by spend band and never scales as a percentage of your cloud bill, and that the savings it identifies are yours to keep in full.
What happens if my spend exceeds the CloudQuell Free plan cap?
Past the $10K cap CloudQuell stops displaying new cost data until you upgrade to Starter, but keeps ingesting it, so upgrading restores the full picture. There are no overage charges and nothing is deleted.
Which clouds does CloudQuell support?
CloudQuell lists AWS, Azure, GCP, Anthropic, OpenAI and Snowflake ingestion as generally available on every plan. Savings recommendations are AWS-only for now, and one subscription covers all providers.
