CloudHealth Pricing 2026: How Broadcom Licenses It, and the Listed Contract Tiers
CloudHealth is Broadcom's enterprise FinOps platform, sold as VMware Tanzu CloudHealth. Broadcom's own product page carries no price. Two Broadcom-controlled sources do: the SaaS Listing document that defines how the service is licensed, and Broadcom's own listing on AWS Marketplace, which prices three 12-month contracts by monthly AWS spend.
The short version: you buy a monthly commitment of cloud spend under management, and pay overage when you go over it.
Every figure on this page was read from CloudHealth's own pricing page, documentation, online store or its own AWS Marketplace listing on 1 October 2026, and each one links to where it came from. CloudHealth has not reviewed this page. Nothing here is estimated: where the vendor publishes no number, the page says so. How we source prices.

Listed Contract Tiers (AWS Marketplace)
These are the public offers on the AWS Marketplace listing sold by VMware Tanzu CloudHealth. Each tier is a 12-month contract sized to monthly AWS spend, with the listing noting additional fees above each ceiling.
| Listing tier | What it covers (verbatim) | Cost per 12 months |
|---|---|---|
| CH150K | Manage up to $150K of monthly AWS spend. Addl fees above $150K/mo. | $45,000 |
| CH300K | Manage up to $300K of monthly AWS spend. Addl fees above $300K/mo. | $90,000 |
| CH500K | Manage up to $500K of monthly AWS spend. Addl fees above $500K/mo. | $150,000 |
| Overage | Overage Over Contractual Amount | $0.03 per unit (unit not defined on listing) |

The tiers name AWS spend only. Multi-cloud estates and spend above $500K a month have no public listing price. Marketplace listings are public offers; private offers and direct Broadcom contracts can differ.
How Broadcom Licenses CloudHealth
| Term | What Broadcom's SaaS Listing says |
|---|---|
| Charge metric | Licensed based on Cloud Spend Unit per month, where each Cloud Spend Unit represents one (1) US dollar of cloud spend. |
| Worked example | $100 with AWS plus $50 with Google Cloud in a month requires 150 Cloud Spend Units. |
| Marketplace spend | Customer Spend on Cloud Service Provider Marketplace is not counted towards cloud spend. |
| Commitment | Customer must commit to a minimum number of Cloud Spend Units per month for a minimum term (the Committed Term Subscription). |
| Overage | Usage above the committed units in a month is overage, calculated and billed monthly in arrears. |

Reading the Numbers
All three Marketplace tiers price at the same ratio: the fee is 2.5% of the tier's annual AWS spend ceiling ($45,000 against $1.8M a year, $90,000 against $3.6M, $150,000 against $6M). That is a property of the listing, not a published percentage, and a buyer below the ceiling pays a larger share of actual spend.

Enterprise Spend-Tier Listings Side by Side
CloudHealth, Cloudability and Flexera publish no rate card on their own sites, but each lists 12-month contracts on AWS Marketplace priced against the cloud spend the platform manages. The last column is plain division: the listed fee over the tier's annual spend ceiling. It is the effective rate only for a buyer sitting exactly at the ceiling; anyone below it pays a higher share.
| Vendor | Listing tier | Spend ceiling | Fee per 12 months | Fee / annual ceiling |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CloudHealth | CH150K | $150K/mo AWS spend | $45,000 | 2.5% |
| CloudHealth | CH300K | $300K/mo AWS spend | $90,000 | 2.5% |
| CloudHealth | CH500K | $500K/mo AWS spend | $150,000 | 2.5% |
| Cloudability | CLDY1MYEAR | $1M/yr cloud spend | $30,000 | 3.0% |
| Cloudability | CLDY3MYEAR | $3M/yr cloud spend | $76,680 | 2.6% |
| Cloudability | CLDY6MYEAR | $6M/yr cloud spend | $132,480 | 2.2% |
| Flexera CCO | Flexera CCO Platform | $1M/yr cloud spend | $50,000 | 5.0% |
| Flexera CCO | Fixed Annual Cost | $125K/mo AWS spend | $40,681 | 2.7% |
Sources: CloudHealth listing; Cloudability listing; Flexera CCO listing; Flexera CCO fixed-annual listing, all read 1 October 2026. CloudHealth tiers count monthly AWS spend, so the annual ceiling is the monthly figure times 12; Cloudability and the first Flexera row state annual spend directly. Listings are the vendors' own public offers; private offers and direct contracts can differ.
How CloudHealth Compares With the Other Graded Tools
Every tool graded on our FinOps tools comparison that has a published price or a published free position, with the vendor's own pricing basis. Figures are not normalised to one spend level because the vendors meter different things (spend, cores, resources, runs).

CloudHealth Pricing FAQ
How much does CloudHealth cost?
Broadcom publishes no rate card on its CloudHealth product page. Its public price points are the 12-month contracts on its own AWS Marketplace listing (read 1 October 2026): $45,000 to manage up to $150K of monthly AWS spend, $90,000 up to $300K, and $150,000 up to $500K, with fees above each ceiling. Larger or multi-cloud estates are priced on a direct or private-offer contract.
Is CloudHealth priced as a percentage of cloud spend?
It is licensed on spend. Broadcom's SaaS Listing document says the subscription is licensed in Cloud Spend Units per month, where each unit represents one US dollar of cloud spend, and the customer commits to a minimum number of units per month for a minimum term. Broadcom does not publish the price per unit. On the Marketplace tiers the fee works out to 2.5% of each tier's annual spend ceiling.
What happens if my cloud spend goes above my CloudHealth commitment?
Broadcom's SaaS Listing says usage in a month above the committed Cloud Spend Units is overage, calculated and billed monthly in arrears. The AWS Marketplace listing shows an overage dimension at $0.03 per unit but does not define the unit, so we do not convert it to a rate.
Does spend through a cloud marketplace count toward CloudHealth pricing?
No. Broadcom's SaaS Listing states that customer spend on a cloud service provider marketplace is not counted towards cloud spend.
Does the CloudHealth agent cost extra?
No. A Broadcom knowledge-base article states that CloudHealth does not charge any additional fees for agent usage; the only cost is the small amount of network traffic the agent generates.
